About the role
- Provide strategic legal advice on a variety of complex issues and topics spanning the range of business initiatives, including questions that directly impact the customer experience
- Translating laws, regulations, and legal requirements into clear and focused guardrails
- Building relationships and collaborating with business stakeholders in wide-ranging roles
- Understanding business needs and providing appropriate solutions to reach the desired goals
- Working collaboratively with other members of the Legal Department and business to provide advice in a consistent, well-reasoned manner
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
- At least 3 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, at a government agency, as a military judge advocate or as in-house counsel
