Lead and execute key processes and projects supporting the Partnerships Tech and Ops organization
Drive and deliver intent while maintaining the highest levels of well managed excellence
Identify process improvements and establish well managed processes
Review processes and intent end-to-end, through the eye of the business, customers and stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to understand end to end processes and effectively drive results
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Prioritize intent with the most business value in partnership with stakeholders
Facilitate regular meetings with the project team and document progress

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Bachelor's Degree or military experience (preferred)
3+ years of Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management experience (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
