Leading and executing key processes and projects supporting the broader Partnerships Tech and Ops organization
Driving and delivering intent while maintaining the highest levels of well managed excellence
Identifying process improvements and establishing well managed processes within their scope of role
Reviewing processes and intent end-to-end, through the eye of the business, customers and other key stakeholders
Partnering cross-functionally to understand end to end processes and effectively drive results
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Performing duties with an Operational Excellence mindset
Leveraging problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Documenting progress and reporting to stakeholders on project status

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
3+ years of Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
