About the role

  • Drive strategy and coordinate execution on high priority projects
  • Leverage problem solving and influence skills to lead projects and programs
  • Design and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders for project status updates
  • Provide clear insights into tower performance and capacity allocations
  • Advise on delivery practices, processes, tooling and reporting
  • Coach and develop a team of associates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 8 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 2 years of Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience
  • Preferred: Masters / MBA degree
  • 9+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of complex Portfolio Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in People Management
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
