About the role

  • Support and lead the technical oversight, integration and technical operations for corporate customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with technical products and services
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements across customers, stakeholders and technical teams
  • Understand business needs and translate these needs into technical solutions
  • Conduct analysis, gaining support and driving solutions through influence and negotiation
  • Communicate across and up through your Partner’s and Capital One leadership team
  • Continuously learn and analyze complex, interconnected business processes/systems
  • Assist with Intent grooming for agile delivery teams
  • Focus on quality, resilience and performance of technologies and services

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with systems integration
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred)
  • 4+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of Data Analytics experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL or business intelligence tools (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS (preferred)
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
