About the role
- Lead moderate to large sized teams on high-priority initiatives and work streams that span across Business Cards and Payments and Capital One
- Design, develop, and manage project plans and delivery roadmaps in a complex dynamic environment
- Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
- Drive solutions to complex problems across cross-functional teams by applying sound business judgment to navigate trade-offs between competing priorities
- Manage a large set of stakeholders
- Effectively manage scope, schedule, resources and budget
- Communicate status, impediments, and risks/issues across all levels of the program
- Deliver results and influence business outcomes across all levels of the organization
- Influence and manage stakeholders/Intent owners across COF ranging from VP+ to associate
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- 5+ years of experience with Google Suite products
- 5+ years of experience with project management tools such as Jira
- 5+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients
- 5+ years of project management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma Certification
