Define and execute projects and routines to support the organization, including, but not limited to project and change management, culture and engagement initiatives and other governance functions
Manage general workflow and day-to-day activities in support of organizational goals
Help to carry and develop team culture and cohesiveness
Utilize excellent communication and partnership skills, which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage and inform outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 4 years of Program Management, Project Management, or Portfolio Management experience
At least 1 year of experience using PowerPoint or Google Slides
At least 1 year of experience using Excel or Google Sheets
Masters Degree (Preferred)
5+ years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in PowerPoint or Google Slides (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in Excel or Google Sheets (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) (Preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
