About the role
- Independently manage LGOV processes
- Provide strategic guidance and effective challenge to partners
- Implement transformative change
- Cultivate strong communication and partnerships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to manage and influence outcomes
- Develop and implement change management plans for operational changes impacting associates
- Coordinate the accurate and timely completion of deliverables across multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives
- Participate on cross-functional project teams and provide input for process improvement initiatives
- Manage several key reporting activities
- Navigate quantitative and qualitative data, transforming ambiguous information into clear recommendations
- Support additional governance activities and other responsibilities as required from the broader team
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, audit, project management, program management, product management, or relationship management
- At least 3 years of experience in developing presentation or reporting materials
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or audit (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in developing presentation or reporting materials (preferred)
