About the role
- Collaborate and partner with the Area Sales Manager (ASM), and POD team members (RMs, ARMs) to develop and execute cohesive market strategies and achieve unified sales goals.
- Drive superior success by contributing to and supporting the POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform, and owning the customer adoption and retention lifecycle.
- Drive process improvements aligned with superior customer outcomes and the overarching Capital One Sales Process.
- Provide subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform when representing the Sales organization.
- Product and Process troubleshooting, specifically relating to Navigator Platform.
- Frequent, in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships and execute the customer enablement cycle.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
- At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Process Management (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Relationship management (Preferred)
