About the role

  • Manage the Commercial Bank’s Incentive Risk, Conduct Risk, and International Risk programs
  • Management and administration of the Commercial Bank’s Mandatory Time Away program
  • Collect and analyze incentive/conduct risk data identifying risks and trends to support program deliverables
  • Execute Country Risk activities including creating and maintaining Country Risk Exit Plans and Country Risk Assessments
  • Develop and maintain Incentive Risk metrics to support the compilation of the quarterly Commercial Bank Leadership Team (CBLT) scorecard and Covered Associate reporting
  • Create and present program updates in various forums influencing stakeholders to ensure overall risk management and compliance
  • Report metrics associated with each risk program to senior executives and stakeholders across the organization
  • Foster a highly collaborative environment with other teams and various partner groups to create an integrated and seamless risk experience for the business
  • Balance multiple priorities to help drive business value and support team objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in Fraud, Risk Management, Compliance or Audit
  • At least 3 years of Financial Services experience
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
  • Master’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Commercial Banking experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills (Preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Applications (Preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects and initiatives (Preferred)
