About the role
- Manage the Commercial Bank’s Incentive Risk, Conduct Risk, and International Risk programs
- Management and administration of the Commercial Bank’s Mandatory Time Away program
- Collect and analyze incentive/conduct risk data identifying risks and trends to support program deliverables
- Execute Country Risk activities including creating and maintaining Country Risk Exit Plans and Country Risk Assessments
- Develop and maintain Incentive Risk metrics to support the compilation of the quarterly Commercial Bank Leadership Team (CBLT) scorecard and Covered Associate reporting
- Create and present program updates in various forums influencing stakeholders to ensure overall risk management and compliance
- Report metrics associated with each risk program to senior executives and stakeholders across the organization
- Foster a highly collaborative environment with other teams and various partner groups to create an integrated and seamless risk experience for the business
- Balance multiple priorities to help drive business value and support team objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in Fraud, Risk Management, Compliance or Audit
- At least 3 years of Financial Services experience
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- Commercial Banking experience (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills (Preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Applications (Preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects and initiatives (Preferred)
