Drive program management office execution based on defined priorities
Strategically plan in a collaborative setting, monitor and manage critical path, decisions, risks, plan contingencies, facilitate scope changes, identify gaps, and build mitigation plans
Create and adhere to governance standards, defining & documenting processes and decisions, executing controls, and having an audit-ready mindset
Incorporate enterprise-level perspectives, structuring conceptual problems, dealing with ambiguity, and influencing strategic decisions across senior leadership
Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership, applying sound business judgment that recognizes trade offs between competing priorities
Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction
Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment
Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
At least 3 years of financial services risk management experience
At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
7+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
4+ years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients (preferred)
4+ years of Risk Management experience (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
