About the role

  • Support development of a proprietary talent and performance management platform for the Capital One enterprise.
  • Develop customer-backed and data-driven insights to zero in on the most pressing customer problems to shape an inspiring multi-year vision and roadmap.
  • Shape our strategy for our talent management experience, ensuring a best-in-class experience for our business partners, people leaders, associates, and HRBPs.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, design, and the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives across the enterprise to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following degrees: A Bachelor's Degree or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience managing products through the full AI lifecycle, from data discovery and model training to deployment and iterative tuning.
