Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
At least 2 years of experience in People Management
Masters Degree or MBA preferred
4+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience preferred
3+ years of People management experience preferred
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred
