About the role
- Lead the global rollout and ongoing operational excellence of the new enterprise Talent and Performance Management platform
- Own the end-to-end strategy for the global rollout of the platform partnering with local geography ops leads
- Define what "ready" truly looks like by orchestrating product readiness, change management, and compliance requirements
- Act as the primary translator between product/tech teams and business leadership
- Transform complex operational data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
- Influence product roadmaps by synthesizing feedback into a cohesive voice
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business logic holds up against real-world scenarios
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Project Management, or HR Technology
- At least 2 years of experience leading large-scale or global software implementations
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership (Director/VP level and above)
- Experience designing and scaling operational support models (Tier 2/3) for enterprise tools
