- Analyze and report on talent data for HR Business Partners and client groups
- Manage process communications and share templates for HR process communications
- Support HR Business Partners with inquiries and requests
- Lead weekly delivery meetings and manage project workstreams
- Develop walk-around decks, communications, and training materials
- Review survey data and develop insights with HR partners
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement of programs
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources
- At least 2 years of client facing experience or consulting experience
- At least 2 years of experience in project or process management
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification (preferred)
