About the role
- Manage and support cross-functional stakeholders navigating through project intake
- Ensure clarity of deliverables, timelines, resourcing, and budgets
- Leverage problem-solving skills to maintain key project governance documentation
- Participate and sometimes lead regular meetings supporting project routines
- Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure commitment delivery
- Identify ways to improve and streamline processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience
- MBA or Masters degree preferred
- 3+ years of PMO or EPMO experience preferred
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership
- Experience working on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts
