Oversee the management of a 1st Line Control Testing Program team
Lead a team of risk management professionals and control testers
Partner with senior leaders across the enterprise to ensure alignment with internal policies
Design, develop, and evolve the Retail Bank and Premium Products controls testing methodology
Monitor the effectiveness of 1st Line controls through regular reviews and analysis
Provide strategic direction to the program team, peers, and stakeholders

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in control testing or Internal Audit
At least 5 years of People Management experience
At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
3+ years of Corporate Management Consulting experience (preferred)
3+ years of Financial Services industry experience (preferred)
3+ years of regulatory compliance or credit experience (preferred)
7+ years of Risk Management experience (preferred)
7+ years of controls testing experience (preferred)
7+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
PMP certification (preferred)
Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
