About the role

  • Lead, develop, and support associates to deliver their best work
  • Support specific leaders within the Card Tech organization and leverage financial insights
  • Analyze current financial results and provide recommendations
  • Build relationships across the organization to deliver on Card's agenda
  • Provide financial leadership and communicate analytic insights through executive-ready presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
  • At least 1 year of people management experience
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance (preferred)
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred)
  • 5+ years experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function (preferred)
  • 1+ year of people management experience managing both direct and indirect reports (preferred)
