About the role
- Lead and support substantive and significant work that has material impact on the mission, identity, and strategic goals of the enterprise
- Manage large and small scale projects that have been prioritized by the organization from start to end
- Establish well managed governance and operational efficiencies for projects
- Serve as a project management subject matter expert in GEA
- Influence and motivate a broad array of internal partners to collaborate with GEA
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, process management, project delivery or any combination of the three
- Experience working with nonprofits or start ups on large-scale social impact projects
- Formal project management certifications
