About the role
- Drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company
- Work with stakeholders across the company
- Enhance compliance processes such as complaint, issues, control, process, and audit management
- Lead moderate to large complex projects
- Design, develop, and manage project plans
- Ensure timely documentation of projects to mitigate risk
- Leverage problem solving skills for project plans

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 Years Project Management experience
- Masters / MBA degree (preferred)
- At least 6 years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Work experience achieving results
