About the role

  • Provide financial support for the FP&A Tech Strategy Finance team
  • Develop methodologies and processes that provide transparency to financial results
  • Analyze current financial results to identify and address evolving business issues and opportunities
  • Support Capital One’s Tech function as they plan for new initiatives
  • Articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights
  • Partner with business leadership to assess the financial implications of various initiatives
  • Develop presentations to communicate business and analysis results to senior leadership audiences
  • Manage, prioritize, and delegate tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience with financial modeling
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with financial modeling (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function (preferred)
  • 2+ years of “Big 4” consulting experience (preferred)
