As a Senior Business Analyst, apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges.

Work together with Data Scientists, Digital Product Owners, Engineers, and Operations leaders to face down fraudsters.
Test and deliver capabilities needed to beat future fraud attacks.
Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies.
Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build targeted insights for new customer experiences.
Support step-change improvements in credit performance through analysis and risk models.
Develop hypotheses, test and analyze, solution development, lead implementation efforts and develop a monitoring plan.
Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 1 year of experience in analysis
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (Preferred)
1+ years of experience in Statistical model building (Preferred)
1+ years of experience in market research (Preferred)
1+ years of experience in SQL querying (Preferred)
2+ years of experience in business analysis (Preferred)
1+ years of experience in consulting (Preferred)
