About the role
- Responding to ServiceNow tickets
- Collaborating with external vendors to escalate urgent matters
- Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy and budget compliance
- Provisioning access on Iron Mountain as requests are submitted via All Access Platform
- Building strong connections with vendors and owning those relationships
- Collecting and analyzing operational data for insights and reporting
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Process Improvement Experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- At least 2 years of Process Improvement Experience (Preferred)
