About the role
- Consult with senior executives and other HRBPs to drive business success by providing thought leadership
- Lead senior executives in translating the business strategy into a talent strategy
- Defining a talent strategy that supports business objectives
- Managing employment practice risk and Associate Relation mitigation strategies
- Provide executive coaching and advice on leadership, teamwork, org design, and strategy
- Measure effectiveness of HR strategy and programs to ensure business effectiveness
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 9 years of client facing experience OR at least 9 years of consulting experience OR a combination
- At least 9 years of client facing or consulting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience (Preferred)
- MBA or Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification (Preferred)
- 11+ years of client facing experience or 11+ years of consulting experience or a combination (Preferred)
- 11+ years of experience in in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting (Preferred)
