- Manage the design team’s people operations and business operations

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in design management
- At least 5 years of experience leading project delivery for cross functional projects
- 3+ years of design tool use and tool management experience
- Experience with design systems
- Understanding of design quality and product strategy
