About the role
- Design experiences and tools that assist servicing associates and customers
- Oversee work on agent platform and associated design system
- Enable design and product partners with documentation for leveraging and scaling the design library
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- Champion the customer through the design process leveraging critical-thinking skills
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 3 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Experience leading a design system
- At least 4 years of experience in a Product Design role (Preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma (Preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners (Preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience working with an established design system (Preferred)
- Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces (Preferred)
