About the role
- Monitor the execution of existing Rewards processes
- Lead and own oversight of smaller process improvement work
- Collect data and provide transparency to senior leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Track and resolve process breakdowns
- Understanding customers’ needs and driving process improvements
- Develop and maintain formal process documentation
- Act as a subject matter expert to partner with project customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in Process or Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience preferred
- Experience in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification preferred
- 1+ years of Compliance or Risk Management experience preferred
- 1+ years of Relationship Management experience preferred
- 3+ years of Process or Project Management experience preferred
- Proficient in GSuite
