About the role
- Oversee work on the agent platform and its associated design system
- Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for junior team members
- Ensure the use of appropriate tools, platforms, frameworks and design systems
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with designers to validate new components
- Present work to various audiences using a human-centered approach
- Provide action-oriented guidance and approval for teams leveraging the design system
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 6 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Experience leading design projects or teams
- Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, results, and impact
- Experience leading a multi-level design system within a larger ecosystem
