About the role

  • Support Regulatory Affairs liaisons in managing interactions with Federal Regulatory Supervisory staff
  • Lead the coordination of all logistical aspects of examinations and ongoing supervision
  • Support development of well-structured, accurate drafts of regulatory deliverables
  • Monitor concurrent priorities and manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Share insights and context gained from regulatory engagements with the Regulatory Affairs team
  • Monitor corrective actions and ensure they are on-track for appropriate and timely mitigation
  • Support advocacy efforts by researching and analyzing new regulatory and supervisory policy developments

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, operational or enterprise risk management, audit, consulting, regulatory agencies, or a combination
  • At least 5 years of experience in risk management, audit, consulting or a combination
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or a combination
  • At least 4 years of experience working in banking and financial services
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting integrated projects or programs where senior leaders and external stakeholders are your customers
  • At least 3 years of experience in vertically integrated industries
  • At least 3 years of experience working with banking regulators and regulatory policy
