About the role
- Combine craft expertise and leadership skills with understanding of customers and business to co-create innovative solutions
- Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for junior team members
- Effectively navigate needs of partners and stakeholders while ensuring focus on customer-centered solutions
- Demonstrate proficiency with products and processes and apply relevant insights on customers and competitors
- Leverage a rich network of partnerships across lines of business to foster collaboration and share solutions
- Present work across levels and job functions using a human-centered approach
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
- Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
- Experience leading design projects or teams
- Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
