About the role
- Responsible for Retail Bank’s case experiences that support critical moments for changing or verifying a customer’s identity or banking behavior
- Support the Bank’s AML/KYC policies
- Work with stakeholders across the enterprise to refine and implement a vision for the future of identity servicing
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a related field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
