Chief of Staff

• Assist in management of VP's leadership team strategy; including owning agenda for weekly huddles and managing ongoing SLT interactions
• Facilitation of departmental planning, executive reporting, budgeting / forecasting, meeting management (townhalls, workshops, strategy sessions) and executive presentations / communications.
• Manage tactical/strategic projects and initiatives, support change management (including communications) across the organization
• Support leadership in managing organizational priorities, talent initiatives, and internal communications
• Partner with HR and Finance to optimize headcount planning, budget tracking, and performance management activities.
