About the role
- Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Provide regular updates to the management team on project progress
- Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications
- Responsible for overall delivery of software components which meet functional specifications & product requirements
- Automate component & integration tests
- Collaborating with tech leads to ensure integrated end-to-end design and delivery
- Good knowledge of secure coding practices
- Be fearless and try out new open source technologies/frameworks to solve business problems
- Be fungible in a full stack team and own all aspects of delivering business applications
- Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents
- Operational support with change and incident management processes
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of Hands On Experience in Java or Python
- At least 4 years of experience SailPoint IdentityIQ
- At least 4 years of experience troubleshooting IGA Rules, workflows and customizations
- At least 4 years of experience in any Databases in writing SQL Queries to extract data
- At least 4 years of experience troubleshooting end user issues
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience supporting Java and SailPoint applications (Preferred)
- 4+ years of experience with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) (Preferred)
- 4+ years of experience troubleshooting end user issues in Access Certifications (Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with NetIQ (Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with Cyber Security Domain specifically IAM (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (Preferred)
- Experience with various APIs including SCIM, REST, and SOAP (Preferred)
- Familiarity with programming and web technologies such as Java or Bean Shell, JavaScript, SPML or SOAP, JSF (Preferred)
- ITIL Certification (Preferred)
- AWS Certification (Preferred)
