About the role
- Operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to auto dealers
- Collaborate with Area Sales Manager and POD team members to develop market strategies
- Drive superior success by supporting POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform
- Own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle
- Provide subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform
- Frequent in-market visits to dealerships
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
- At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Process Management (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Relationship management (preferred)
