About the role

  • Operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to auto dealers
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Manager and POD team members to develop market strategies
  • Drive superior success by supporting POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform
  • Own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle
  • Provide subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform
  • Frequent in-market visits to dealerships

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Process Management (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Relationship management (preferred)
