About the role
- Lead a team of instructional designers to deliver diverse learning experiences
- Partner with other learning leaders to create custom learning strategies
- Analyze learning needs and develop blended learning solutions
- Measure and report on learning effectiveness
- Deliver memorable, engaging learning experiences that drive performance
- Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate learning needs and recommend strategies
- Establish processes and best practices across teams for learning design excellence
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in people leadership
- At least 3 years of experience in client facing consulting
- At least 5 years of experience as a Learning Designer, designing learning experiences across digital and in-person learning environments
- At least 1 year of experience in learning strategy creation
- 1+ years experience working in a call center environment (preferred)
- 1+ years experience working in a customer facing environment (preferred)
- 1+ years experience in change management (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in learning strategy creation (preferred)
- 1+ years experience with multi-modal learning strategies (preferred)
