About the role
- Lead data and process excellence across reduction in force (RIF) events
- Provide data inputs to outplacement vendors and eHR partner groups
- Monitor metrics to identify areas requiring process improvements
- Create monthly business reviews and regular client reporting
- Partner with outplacement vendors to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with partner groups, stakeholders, and HRBPs
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories in PowerPoint or Slides
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or at least 1 year of experience in Process Management
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management (preferred)
