About the role
- Deliver high quality, iconic learning experiences for Capital One associates
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure consistency
- Consult with line-of-business leaders and learning team members on training needs
- Make decisions by identifying issues and analyzing opportunities
- Conduct stakeholder, subject matter expert, and learner interviews
- Partner in the design of new hire and upskilling classes
- Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously
- Facilitate classroom training and report on progress.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of auto finance experience
- At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year of loss mitigation or collections experience
- At least 1 year of experience in consulting and coaching (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in project management (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience developing training content using the Articulate 360 suite of products, Adobe Captivate, or Elucidat (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience with online learning platforms (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience working with graphics tools (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience with video editing tools (preferred).
