About the role
- Provide integral support to Capital One’s Audit function by implementing business strategy across the entire organization
- Develop and maintain business routines, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to establish key imperatives for the Risk Management, Model, Data and Finance Audit Teams
- Help develop and communicate the audit strategy across respective teams
- Drive lines of business executive reporting to provide a comprehensive strategic view
- Lead and deliver on critical regulatory, plan and organizational requests and requirements
- Help Audit planning for three sub-teams within the 100 associate organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 6 years of experience in project management, auditing, risk management or a combination
- At least 5 years of People Leadership experience
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in banking or the financial services industry (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with data analytics tools and reporting (preferred)
- Project Management Professional Certification(PMP) (preferred)
