About the role
- Manage the PCG Operations Mailbox
- Receive mailbox requests from Card Back Office, Auto Servicing, Bank Operations, Complaints, and various servicing teams
- Review PCG-related customer complaints, identify common root causes, and recommend changes to the PCG process
- Manage the mailbox to meet all Servicing Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Assist with research requests from Servicing Strategy leadership as necessary
- Investigate requests and provide the requested information or drive to resolution
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
- Several years experience in servicing customers or process execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to independently structure and organize daily tasks to meet deadlines
- The ability to simultaneously handle multiple requests at a given time and drive completion on each
- Strong problem solving skills
- The ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast paced, scrutinized environment
