- Lead product strategy and delivery covering the Benefits, Compensation, Payroll & HR Services for Capital One associates.
- Shape an inspiring multi-year vision and roadmap for Core HR products.
- Lead a team of product managers to improve product strategy, design, and monitoring.
- Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, and design to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with data and platform initiatives for innovation and feedback.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following degrees: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Experience with workforce or HR technology.
