About the role
- Lead product strategy and delivery covering Benefits, Compensation, Payroll & HR Services for Capital One associates
- Take a broad view of external, market-leading data, analytics, and Capital One’s enterprise HR priorities to shape a multi-year vision and roadmap for Core HR products
- Lead a team of product managers on product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring
- Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, design, and enterprise to ensure customer needs are met while managing tradeoffs and risks
- Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives to drive innovation and minimize uniqueness
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Experience with workforce or HR technology
