Take a broad view of external, market-leading data, analytics, and Capital One’s enterprise HR priorities to shape a multi-year vision and roadmap for Core HR products
Lead a team of product managers on product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring
Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, design, and enterprise to ensure customer needs are met while managing tradeoffs and risks
Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives to drive innovation and minimize uniqueness
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Experience with workforce or HR technology
