About the role
- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
- Responsible for Connex Database development to support PULSE Customer Onboarding
- Lead and develop a team of Connex Database engineers
- Mentor and develop team to high-performance culture
- Hands-on development, testing and implementation with CED database and related tools
- Develop automation by building CED macros
- Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
- Hire, retain and lead high-functioning, diverse groups of engineering professionals
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 6 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory)
- At least 4 years of experience with AWS
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with CED database and related tools (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in managing change control files and utilities (CMSUTIL, SWAPBLD, SWAPROLL, CEDUTIL) (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in TAL, TACL programming languages (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Connex Switching system architecture (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in CED database security (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with financial industry practices, regulations, and operations (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in banking and payment domains (preferred)
