About the role
- Play a multi-faceted role within Capital One’s Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)
- Review investigations within queues
- Train, mentor, and coach team members
- Conduct secondary reviews on Quality Associate work
- Participate in projects and process improvements
- Manage time in production and other responsibilities
- Facilitate creation and maintenance of training initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience within the financial industry
- 2+ years of AML experience within the financial industry (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suites (preferred)
- Experience investigating complex cases involving high risk customers and typologies (preferred)
- Experience mentoring, conducting training, or public speaking (preferred)
