About the role
- Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
- Manage and develop multiple analysts.
- Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy.
- Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to drive improvement to build and execute enterprise strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- At least 7 years of experience in analysis
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- 1+ year of experience in consulting preferred.
