About the role
- Community Impact and Investment is on a multiyear transformation journey to increasingly align business strategy and social impact
- Fostering a culture of service and volunteering across the enterprise
- Building and managing large-scale programs (e.g. Pro Bono, Coding Academies, Job Readiness, Board Readiness and Financial Literacy)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact community outcomes
- Understanding where associates are most interested in engaging in our high-impact programs
- Defining KPIs for programs and measuring progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in a for-profit company
- At least 3 years of experience in program management or project management, or a combination
- At least 5 years of experience in people leadership
- At least 3 years of human centered design experience
- At least 3 years of product launch experience
- At least 1 year of experience in process management
- At least 1 year of experience in volunteerism, talent engagement, or associate morale experience
- At least 1 year of experience with community organizing, nonprofit, or political experience
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
