Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development to ensure high performance and career growth.
Oversee the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables for the Business Analyst Digital First team throughout the Students & Grads recruiting season.
Support your team in executing sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent for the Business Analyst Digital First Students & Grads function.
Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, OR 3 years of client consulting experience OR a combination of the three.
At least 1 year of experience leading or managing a team of recruiters.
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
2+ years of People Leadership Experience preferred
4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing, specifically within a Students & Grads or university recruiting environment preferred.
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring.
Experience recruiting for Business Analyst or technical roles within a digital-first environment.
