About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage feature development across a platform transforming Risk Management with technology
- Serve as Product Manager for a high-performing Technology team
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design, users, and risk advisors to identify, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements and new features
- Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and clear communication
- Build relationships and influence decision-makers using grounded information
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
- Apply the Product Framework across human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
