About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help streamline corporate investigations for the Office of Corporate Integrity
- Perform new feature discovery for a mid-sized investigation team
- Support partner teams including data analysts, advisory, and operations
- Manage the roadmap, feature priority, and workload for a small internal technology pod
- Support and manage vendor-built solutions for Conflicts of Interest and Gifts & Entertainment
- Optimize team outcomes through well-managed practices and prioritization of high-priority work
- Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational-leadership product management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained by the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred
- Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
