About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with servicing, business analysts, and design to craft a tooling product strategy that empowers agents to deliver faster, empathetic servicing experiences
  • Build and iterate on core agent workflows using Enterprise platforms, internal tools, and targeted AI capabilities
  • Deliver intuitive UI improvements that eliminate friction and reduce cognitive load for frontline teams
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and enable critical partner intents
  • Deliver a resilient tooling foundation for Premium Products and Capital One Travel initiatives
  • Manage an engineering team and lead delivery of high-priority tooling enhancements
  • Manage a groomed agile backlog to sustain developer velocity
  • Develop strategic tooling enhancements to transition from reactive maintenance to proactive servicing
  • Integrate industry trends and emerging technologies such as AI into the product roadmap
  • Share business strategy and roadmap with technology partners
  • Co-create technical solutions with the Tech Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies
  • Own and prioritize the near-term product roadmap and define success metrics and measurable outcomes
  • Develop and communicate a six-month vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams
  • Define actionable problem statements, support iterative software delivery, and drive acceptance-criteria alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred
