About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build an intelligent financial co-pilot that empowers people in America to manage their finances
Own customer onboarding and activation, guiding users through enrollment and early feature engagement
Develop intent and build and deliver the product roadmap
Collaborate with business/data analysts, engineers, business development, Design, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and internal and external partners
Build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify needs for additional research
Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward MVP feature tests
Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to validate business needs
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while following risk-management processes and procedures
Conduct research and develop features using new and evolving technology in an agile environment
Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts
Deliver product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy
Participate in horizontal forums and build relationships across technology, design, stakeholder, and partner teams
Articulate product roadmaps, deliver business value, share results with stakeholders, and develop product-matter expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
Preferred: 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
Preferred: 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
Preferred: 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
